It was nice and quiet. My family ordered and received our food in a very timely manner. Very friendly service and super delicious food!! We will be back! Even the baby enjoyed the grilled cheese sammy.

My girlfriend and I go here almost once a week (sometimes twice!). They have the best breakfast, lattes, and pastries in the Quad Cities. The presentation is absolutely amazing. You can not go wrong with a single item here, but the chicken poblano omelet and French toast are to die for. Seriously, give this place a try.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the most incredible dessert spread from Creative Signature Cuisine, and every single treat was a masterpiece! The mini cupcakes were a standout—moist and fluffy. They were as delicious as they were adorable! The cookie platter was an absolute showstopper. From festive green Christmas tree cookies to chocolate-dipped delights and jam-filled shortbreads, every variety was baked to perfection. The assortment not only looked stunning but tasted homemade with love. The brownie and cheesecake tray—pure indulgence! The rich, fudgy brownies paired beautifully with fresh strawberries, while the creamy cheesecake bites were topped with a cinnamon-sugar layer that tasted just like a churro. It was the perfect mix of flavors and textures! Creative Signature Cuisine absolutely nailed this dessert spread. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Ladies and gentlemen. You have to try this place! We happen to drive by it as we are in town for a girls softball tournament. The building is new and they have outdoor seating for you as well. You open the entrance door and it’s decorated so beautiful. My wife and I got seat fast and lucky because it was getting filled up. Our waitress Evelyn greeted us with a smile as we told her this was our first visit. We ask for recommendations and she was quick to say the Shrimp burger was one of here favorites as so is the Quesabirras. The last one is three delicious meat tacos. Like shredded beef with light lined green sauce. She said it was fabulous and very tasty. My Shrimp Buger was out of this world. How and where did this idea come from??? The food was delicious and the service was great. They do serve beer and drinks if you wanted to know. You better save room for the home made desserts! This is owned by a husband and wife team. He cooks and you make the amazing desserts. We both had no room in our in our tummies so we had to pass. Looking for amazing food at a great price! Run and don’t walk to get a seat here! Creative Signature Cuisine is a fresh and exciting addition to the Illinois side of the Quad Cities—definitely worth checking out if you’re craving something different from the usual. Let’s talk vibe: the atmosphere is a little… peculiar. It’s super quiet, and you'll probably hear every conversation coming from the table next to you. And the tables? They’re like fancy folding tables—look nice, feel slightly like they might tip if you lean too far in. It’s a unique setup, but hey, we’re here for the food. And the food delivers. I’ve tried the margaritas and piña coladas—both great, balanced, and not too sweet. But the real MVP? The burnt salmon. I’ve had it every time and it never misses. It’s smoky, flavorful, and feels like a healthy choice that doesn’t skimp on taste. Plus, it comes served under a glass lid of smoke they lift at the table, giving you a little tableside show with your entrée. The menu is on the smaller side, but the options they do offer are strong and well-executed. Quality over quantity, and it shows. I can’t wait to come back and try their breakfast, and I’m especially excited about the bakery expansion happening right next door. Sounds like Creative Signature Cuisine is just getting started—and I’m here for it.

Great brunch spot! The food was outstanding. I had the salmon toast, which was a creative twist on classic lox. The balance of sweet and savory flavors was unexpected in the best way. I’ll definitely be coming back again and trying their lunch menu as well.

Such Big flavors. I ordered the Braised Ribs & OMG DELISH !!! Meat was tender , Vegetables were cooked perfectly. The Server was a really Sweet Girl.

From the moment I walked into this charming spot at 213 12th Ave, I was greeted warmly by the hostess, Araceli, who set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was exceptional—our waitress, Anayeli, was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home throughout our meal. The menu is a delightful mix of classic breakfast favorites with a creative twist, and I couldn’t resist trying a few items. I ordered the Croque Madame Sandwich, Peach Toast, and Creative Pancakes, and every single dish was an absolute masterpiece. The Croque Madame Sandwich ($15.00) was a perfect balance of savory and rich, with a perfectly cooked egg on top that added a luscious touch to the ham and cheese. The Peach Toast ($14.00) was a revelation—fresh, juicy peaches paired with a creamy base on perfectly toasted bread, making every bite a burst of summer sweetness. And the Creative Pancakes ($14.00)? They lived up to their name! Fluffy, flavorful, and topped with just the right amount of sweetness, they were some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. I also noticed they had a great selection of drinks on the menu. My dining companion enjoyed a Latte with Flavor ($5.00 each) and a Cappuccino ($4.00 each), both of which were beautifully crafted and paired perfectly with our meal. The total came to $66.00 (including tax), and I paid with AMEX—super convenient! What really stood out to me was the attention to detail in every dish. You can tell the team at Creative Signature Cuisine puts a lot of love and creativity into their food, and it truly elevates the dining experience. The portions were generous, the presentation was lovely, and the flavors were out of this world. My breakfast on March 21, 2025, at 12:32 PM (Order #2018) was nothing short of perfection, thanks in large part to the wonderful service from Araceli and Anayeli.
